Schudio offers subscription services in return for a regular monthly fee, yearly fee, or 3 yearly fee. Should your account fall into arrears we reserve the right to withdraw services without notice.
You subscription to Schudio includes access to all features and updates of Schudio as made available by Schudio Ltd. The subscription includes access to online support and tutorials. Additional support is available at rates available upon request from Schudio Ltd. Any requests for amendments to the theme designs are not included in your subscription to Schudio. Any custom development requests are not included in your subscription to Schudio. We may offer to develop features for you at an additional cost but the development schedule is determined by the management of Schudio Ltd based on the needs and requirements of . Suggestions for feature development can be submitted through our support forums.
Product Development as part of Subscription Services
Customers who subscribe to our products will automatically receive updates to their account with no additional cost. Developments are created based on feedback from existing customers and decisions made on development are at the discretion of Schudio Ltd, with no exceptions. Should Schudio Ltd release a feature that an individual customer requires personalising to their needs, the customer concerned will be asked to contribute to the customisation of this development.
All developments are at the sole discretion of Schudio Ltd and their decision on feature development is final and binding. No option will be provided for schools to opt out of any feature development without incurring an additional cost due to implications on development time and costs to Schudio Ltd.
Customer support
We are committed to providing an exceptional level of customer support and all support requests should be directed through our web site in order to ensure the fastest and most efficient response.
Support requests sent direct to staff email addresses cannot be guaranteed to be answered. We aim to respond to support requests through the appropriate channel within 48 hours. Optional services are available for more dedicated and faster support.
Our liability
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
- All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
